45 Double-unders
135 pound Squat clean, 45 reps
45 Ring Dips
45 Double-unders

15:15 180 single jump ropes at beginning and end, 45 lb bar, 1/4 body wt on assisted dip machine...

Need to work on smooth, speedy transitions with repetitive cleans.

Memorial Services for said Orange Jump Rope will be held on Monday evening, as it is laid to rest in the recycle bin on the curb of our driveway...OJR joins others that have gone before him including the Woodbridge HS Wrestling T-Shirt c.1986, Magnum PI-like shirt, and green striped tube sock.
