First time getting 125 I was too deep in my squat so I stayed at that weight to work on it. I need to work on staying out of my own head too!!!

Felt good today, almost got 205 just needed to be a little quicker getting under the bar. Great job by Kyrl and Christi breaking the mental barriers today!
