Congratulations to our world class CrossFit Cherry Point athletes who competed in the CrossFit Games Carolina Sectional over the weekend: Markum King (59th place), Christi King (23rd place), Isaiah Ybarra (30th place), Noelle Ybarra (27th place), and David Joseforsky (41st place). There were four grueling workouts over two days that these athletes endured.

Hi guys I am not good with names sorry...i just wanted to thank you so much for the encouragement you guys gave me on the last workout. Going into this I took 3weeks off for knee injury so by WOD 4 sunday I could barely air squat.....I made it much further than I thought with you cheering me on and helping me thru. For you to do that without knowing me was one of the most memorable and amazing things I will take away from this experience. I cannot thank you enough....you are awesome and it shows how much integrity you have....THANK YOU Katie

I want to say thank you to all of the Cherry Point Athletes that allowed me the opportunity to work with them both as a coach and a motivator. This past weekend was an incredible one that showed me just what we are all capable of. Every one of these athletes laid it on the line in the persuit of getting better, and each of them did. It gave me goose bumps to watch as each of them hit new PR's and accomplished things for the first time that they might not have even tried before. To be associated with people like this makes me very proud and I can't wait to have you all as guests at my box when it opens.
Thank you again and you are all great athletes, people, and americans!
