50 Single Leg Jump Rope, 25 each leg

Team WOD:

“The Buddy Mile”

400 meter run
•Push-ups
400 meter run
•Squats
400 meter run
•Pull-ups
400 meter run
•Sit-ups

One team member runs while the other works then you switch. Most reps wins!
