After further review of the mainsite postings of Michael it never states GHD situps for prescribed, however the WOD demonstration video shows GHD situps.

Had duty yesterday so I did yesterdays WOD when I got off post this morning. "Angie" 19:07 Rx. Did today's WOD at the gym in the evening 26:12 abs were hurting from the morning and could have used some motivation because I was all by myself at the Hancock gym.
