After coaching at the Oly Cert this weekend, the technique is now engrained into my head. I got 45 near perfect snatches, first time I handled 95 lbs like that. Good form by Oscar, HHog, and Kyrl this morning.
Worked on form for each snatch. for some odd reason p/u were pretty easy this morning. Great work morning crew.
