Course: Start at the pullups bars, go down to Roosevelt Road and take a left. Pass the golf course, BOQ, and Hancock Gym. Go down to the Hancock Lodge sign and take that road towards the Hancock Lodge. Run around the circle at the Hancock Lodge and run back the same route to the pullup bars. Still not done, run the 400m course to finish up.

Josey looked like a gazelle...HHog looked like a run away train, Markum looked like a diesel, and I felt like a turtle with stone feet.

After Elizabeth yesterday and a full week of pain that was a complete test of my mental fortitude! It’s funny, we had a big class all week until today. I was the ONLY one out there at 1145 to run. Remember a missed WOD is a missed opportunity!!

Had to put the 10k off until saturday. Haven't ran that far in a LONG time. Looking forward to the next one.
