First time executing 5 rep max. Got gassed after 3rd round. No issues performing the jerk to overhead, just expended a lot of energy sliding my hands to a wide position to execute squat. Frustrating, but a good workout. Recommend getting assistance on either side of the bar to help set your hands at the higher weights.
Did a lot of warm up sets with the PVC pipe and bar to warm up my hips. Need to continue to work of hip flexibility and mobility.
Great work lunch bunch.
Was pleasantly surprised to see I could get 95lbs. Felt like I could've put up a little more weight.

Very pleased with the weight, my one rep max was 115 the last time I did OHS. I had the power for the 155 but lack of concentration brought the house down.
Started off working on form with some light sets, once I had it down decided to see what I could do. I got the 135 all 5 reps, but they weren't the prettiest. I'd say 125 would be a comfortable perfect rep max.
