Warm-up:
5 HSPUs
10 OHS w/PVC
15 Pull-ups
20 Double Unders

WOD:

4 Rounds for time:

800 meter run
10 Burpees
15 Pull-ups
20 KB Swings, 1.5 pood
25 Double Unders

Skill:
Do 5 sets of max HSPUs

I did 25 jumping pull-ups today because I'm trying to let my shoulder heal from last weekend. 2 hours later I still hurt.

48 or 49:? can't really remember...all I remember is that WOD was rough in that heat.

Steve, thank you for all of your coaching, motivation and dedication. It has been a real pleasure training with you and learning from you and I know that you will do well in building a solid program in Korea. I'm so sorry our time with Erin was so short but she's definitely off to a great start. Keep working hard Erin!

Your coaching and willingness to always help out have been instrumental to the success of the program. I was able to see your progress over the last two years as an athlete. Maj B, Sorry I missed you on Friday, I had hoped to catch you on Thursday's workout to thank you for your dedication and selflessness over the last several months at CFCP. There was many a day that you kept me focused on proper technique and motivated throughout. Thanks, and best of luck to you and the family in Korea!
