235 squat, 140 overhead press, 275 deadlift, 650 total
Form today was much improved over our last CFT. Common mistakes were arching the back during the press, and not getting the bar into a low bar position in the squat. Continue to work the fundamentsl, never let your concentration drop for even a second, and continue to seek perfection in all that you do.

PR on the Shoulder Press. Missed 325 lbs on the squat. I am coming after Brinker on the next Crossfit Total. He beat me by 10 lbs.
