115 pound Push press, 21 reps
Run 400 meters
115 pound Push press, 18 reps
Run 400 meters
115 pound Push press, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
115 pound Push press, 12 reps

Waited for the lightning to clear this morn. Pushed through all push press sets without droping the bar. recommend stands for this WOD or it could 5-10 cleans per round added.

16:03...had to sub the run for squats (50/round))...the biiaatch at the Y stopped me from bringing the bar and plates up to the track! 55# Push press.

Still need to replace the jump rope...Paul is still morning the loss of "ol' jumper cable-ish rope".

RX with 85lbs...did not drop the bar once so possibly could have used a little bit heavier weight. Guess-timated 400m but think it was pretty close.
