Squat snatch
-Standard for movemnt is catch it in the hole or on the way down. If you catch it at the top and OHS it, the rep dosen't count.

11:15 with 135lb split snatch. Legs are fried from
heavy hang snatches followed by 150 wallball
shots yesterday. Shoulder is slowly coming around.

12:32 w/85lbs...wanted to ensure that form was correct. Could have gone heavier. Muscle ups were jumping. Apologize about taking Markums rings!

CF Yongsan did Amanda (three rounds of 9-7-5) with a 20 min cutoff a few weeks ago. I was doing 95lbs squat snatches and ran out of time somewhere on round 2. Tough WOD!
