L-pull ups were not to standard and I did HSPU with 3 plates and a towel under my head. I don't think I finished round 1 by the time LtCol Weaver was finished.
Substituted L-pullups w/ strict pullups w/ 30lb dumbell at my feet. HSPU felt strong towards the end.
