WOD:
“Tabata Hell”
4 Rds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.
Squats (Rest at the bottom)
Push-ups (Rest at the top)
Sit-ups (Rest on back w/straight legs 6” of the deck)
KB Swings-1.5/1 (24kg/16kg)
(Rest anyway but the KB can’t touch the floor but no propping or bracing)
