30 Double Unders

WOD:

10 Hip extensions or Supermans

I had an abmat and 10 lb plate under my head for HSPU and had to do assisted pistols by holding the box. Was able to execute one unassisted pistol after the WOD with each leg but it was ugly.

1st HSPUs 3 months...very happy!!! I had to learn how to do kipping HSPUs but I was able to do this WOD rx'ed
