Active Stretch:

Mobility/Warm Up:
10 Ring Push Ups
10 Walking lunges (each leg)
20 Double Unders

WOD: Mary

As many round as you can in 20 min. of:

5 Handstand Push ups
10 Pistols (Alternating)
15 Pull Ups

Compare to 090515

Progressions for the pistol: Hold on to an object for balance, Pistol off a jump box, support weight with a rope/band.
Porgressions for HSPU: 5 sec hold, Negative, use bands, or support BW off a jump box.

Did Murph straight through 100, 200, 300 on Sat. for CrossFit Coweta's grand opening. 39:58 Rx's w/20lb vest, not breaking it up changes the entire WOD!!

6 rounds and finished the HSPUs and Pistols on #7. Scaled the HSPUs after round two with two regulars and 3 negatives. Held onto something for all Pistols, as this was my first time.
