today I finished in 16:16. I didn't think I was going to get through it after the first set of dips.

Finished in 18:52. Two spotters on the handstand pushups, no bands. No spotter on the dip bar, did not have rings for the workout.

My finish time of 18 Minutes and 45 seconds hasn't seemed so long. The workout was very challenging and spotting for those who who followed was and added kick in the pants. However, I can definately tell I'm stronger than I was during previous workouts where we did hand stand push ups and numerous dips.

21:00-ish. Ouch, Needed a spot from the first HSPU until the very end. I definitely underestimated J.T. and got spanked because of it.

HSPU- demanding while using a full ROM, double spotters
Dips-No rings, double up the #, Needed a spot on sets 2,3

19:55 Did HSPU's with spotter help and bands all rounds. Did double bar rings for the 21 and 15 rounds. (42 and 30 rep) last 9 round did ring dips 1 at a time till completion. Good workout.

2nd Cross Fit Work-out. This is no joke! Finished-8:30, had two spotters on head stand push ups, no rings, parallel bars for dips until I reached my max then switched over to the bench to hit some more tris. Us short ones need a shorter bench. I did not do double like coach asked. I could not do two straight push ups from the start.

Ring Dips, with a spotter on the rings the last two sets.

Great workout, wish the temperature was hotter though!
