0630 - We will meet at the Station Endurance Course (next to chow hall).
Uniform will be Boots & Utilities.

Due to TAD commitments, there will be no 1145 workout this week.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

15 Double-unders
15 Burpees
15 Box Jump
15 ft Rope climb, 1 ascent

Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.

Damn good workout! You really start to feel that rope climb. Completed 6 rounds.

Great effort by everyone who made it today. We varied our workout by changing locations and uniforms, and adding some rope climbing. I apoligize for slighting the burpees exercise for pushups, a mistake made and a lesson learned for myself. However, we still gained from the workout at hand. The ten physical skills we utilized today were ; Cardiovascular/Respiratory, Stamina, Speed, Coordination, and Agility.

Completed five and 1/2 rounds. Did as prescribed but substituted the rope climb with hill climbs in the high crawl position. No ropes to use where I am at on leave.

4 rounds plus 15 knee tucks and 9 burpees.

I hate burpees.

subbed box jumps for the log jumps right next to the ropes (next to the chow hall)
