Thruster - keep the elbows up during the entire front squat, drive through the heels coming out of the front squat, right before locking out the knees at the top start the push press overhead, lock out the elbows at the top of the press, drive the traps up into the neck (active shoulders), bring the bar down while going into the next front squat.
