As the instructor for today's workout, I saw a lot of heart and determination to finish the workout. Some used bands to get through the pullups. That is completely acceptable. Work towards not using the bands over time.
Wall ball form got a little ugly over time. The wall ball squat should be the same as the front squat. The load is over your chest. Catch the ball off the wall while going into the squat. That helps absorb the shock from the ball.
It was a real honor to be out there today with a bunch of warriors.
I think Nigel and I are going to have a "de-taping" party on those bars after work one day.
