I did the 225 pounds on the deadlift. The handstand pushups were done with the bands and extra help from two spotters. We used parallettes for the hand stand push ups.
head is neutral looking back behind you, and suck in your stomach to hollow out your lower back. You want a perfect line from top to bottom.

I did the prescribed 225lbs for all deadlifts. Handstand Push Ups were done with a combination of the power bands/parallets and the dip bar.
Waiting on a Deadlift station to open up certainly slowed me down.
I started too high on the DL at the prescribed 225. I should have began with 185 and tried to maintain that weight for the entire WOD.
It's motivating to be out there and seeing everyone putting in max effort.
