85 lbs, 95 lbs, 105 lbs, 110 lbs, 110 lbs, 110 lbs, 110 lbs

I did the workout with a 15 lb curl bar, holding the bar on the ends to keep overhead. A little challenging with heavier weights but that is all I had at my sister-in-laws house in St. Louis.
