Just missed 105 lbs.
Really highlighted how much I've broken down since starting Crossfit. I look forward to building up.
We really need to get more gear if the group is going to remain at it's current size. The workout pace was slow today, equipment seems to be the limiting factor.
40-60-70- 80(f)-75-80-80
Maxed at 80.....I might have been able to do 85, need to concentrate on form.
Arms feel pretty gassed after today. I felt like I was really really close on 80 but just couldn't get that chin above it. Funny thing is that 75 felt really easy. I think i have to many mental issues...heh
Pretty sure I am going to feel today's workout tomorrow. I had to take a jog during lunch to loosen up. It's the good kind of pain though.

Difficult workout but cool to try something new.
the first two reps i just did the pull up without weight. putting the weight between my theighs made it easier.
