The latest instructor added to the Crossfit Cherry Point team is Jeanne Goodes. She will be offering a 0900 Crossfit class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting on 3 Nov.
"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post lowest rep count for each exercise and overall total score (add all four lowest scores from each exercise).

Bench Press: Keep the feet planted on the ground, keep the butt on the bench (do not arch the back, keep a natural arch), bar touches the chest at the bottom (do not bounce), lock out elbows at the top.
