I was sort of skeptical about the whole crossfit craze. I went on Saturday and learned the form and then did the WOD. Let's just say that on the following day, sore is a severe understament! The motivation and morale is very high with the intructors and other people attending. It is a great environment to learn about the program and get a great workout.
