It was good getting back into crossfit after a 2 month layoff! Did 10 rounds plus 5 pull-ups.

WOD: 9 rounds (7 with green band, 2 with green and purple) Toough workout....pushups killed me...Squats were easier

6 rounds + 5 pullups and 10 push ups. Kipping pull ups helped alot but the push ups were a killer, plus I had a couple visits from pukie.

WOD: 11 Rounds + 5 pull-ups + 10 push-ups. Great workout. Did the first 8 rounds in about 8 min 30 sec, then hit a wall for the remaining time.
