WOD 45#, 55#, 55#, 65#, 65# 16:29
First overhead squats for me, bar was wobbly at the top, added weight as I got a feel for it. Start off with 65# next time.

17:10 Rx'd. Maj J stated that our 400m course is only 390m. We ran down to the curb at the turnaround point and then ran to the workout pit. I think we added the needed 10m to make it legit. Good push this morning Steve.

WOD: 13:25 (65lbs). Need to increase weight and attempt 75lbs for this WOD -- BZ to Skelton and Kampen. Not sure about the depth of my squats, but since I was able to get a "bounce" at the bottom I figure the squats were deep enough. Shoulder very sore. Moto wrt the double unders Jeanne.

I used the 35 lb. bar... should have used more. I had never done overhead squats so I wasn't sure what to expect. I'll shoot for at least 45 next time. Fun workout, great coaching. Nice to meet you, Joselyn. Happy Thanksgiving to all!!!
