WOD: Time unknown, #35 lb. bar, weigh assisted dips
Today marked the first time I've done 3 consecutive Crossfit Workouts in a row. I've been building slowly because I'm still training on my bike and running. I feel good...not sore or overtrained. I could tell I am getting stronger during my dips tonite. I hope I can do a few unassisted pullups by New Year!!!
WOD - 7:32 (95 lbs). Worked out in the WarLoch Dojo. Will increase weight next Elizabeth. Full range of motion on dips; helped to have the rings up a bit higher and use a stool to step into dips.
