WOD 30:17 wall ball shots and burpees smoked me, got 3 double-unders and finished out w/ 200 singles

WOD: 34:40 as prescribed - also in Iraq. Took 7:05 to complete my double unders; need to practice that skill more.

First workout since arriving in Iraq. Looks like we will have a pretty good Crossfit setup while we are out here. More to follow....
