Im usually pretty good at WB but today was horrible. Really bad form on them and many would not have counted. Did have a mental breakthrough on burpees. I finally was able to slow the pace on them down which resulted in a much faster burpee session. Isaiah< great time bro. Weaver, you smoked it too.....the shoes, the shoes. HaHa. Really cool having that many athletes out there giving it their all.
That workout was insane, it was my first experience with Cross Fit, and one of the most intense workouts I've ever been through. I know it'll take some time to build my endurance, but I hope to get competitive with you guys in this. I don't remember my time, I was 1 of the last to finish though. GREAT way to start off the week.
