This was meant to be a metcon but quickly turned
into a strength wod. Didn't look bad on the board.
Have not been beaten down like this a long time. What
a test of mental fortitude. Ouch!!
Never went to failure on anything. Broke pull-ups in 2x25, 1x20, 3x10. Push-ups 50, 25, 15, 10. Sit-ups went unbroken. Squats I broke at 74 and then finished them out. Good work at the 1145 class!
Did mine at work with Joe, I need to learn to Kip for my pullups. Finished in 29:00 was on track to break 20 minutes, did pull ups last and took way longer than they would have if I could get the kip down
