Did this WOD after doing yesterday's workout. Last PR was 100
so I guess I was a little tired. Warm-up was run to the gym and cool down
was run back home from the gym :-) Approx. 2.1 miles each way. Not too motivating working out at the globo.

I am not sure if I did a small dip drive on round 5 pushing up 165. Last shoulder press for me was Nov and 155 was PR.
